Who we are
I feel that it's important for clients to feel warmth, sincerity and comfort when in therapy. It's my goal that my clients feel heard, respected and validated while processing disheartening experiences.
My specialty is working with couples and families as they work through some of life's journeys. In addition, I also work with individuals and their families that have struggled with substance abuse and use.
I am an EMDR certified clinician and use this modality to address trauma, addiction and shame.
